Test Valley Borough Council and the Test Valley Association of Town and Parish Councils have jointly developed this toolkit as a guide to the different types of community plan available, along with practical tools and guidance to help you take forward these initiatives. It is a living document and updates will be made, with additional information included when appropriate.
