My Test Valley allows you to report issues such as fly-tipped waste and a missed bin collection to the Council quickly and easily. You can report an issue by completing an online form or by downloading the My Test Valley app. Registration is free and once you have joined you can track your reports and you will receive notification when the work has been completed. It only takes a few minutes to register, but if you prefer, you can report some specific issues anonymously.

To make life even easier, we have an app so you can report issues like fly-tipped waste or overgrown hedges and shrubs, on the go using your smartphone. The My Test Valley app is available to download at both the App Store (for iPhones and iPads) and from Google Play™ (for Android phones). You can attach information such as photos or videos and pinpoint the location of your report using the mapping software on your phone.
Don't want to register?
You can submit a report anonymously but we don't recommend it because we won’t be able to answer enquiries, let you know what we’ve done to rectify the problem or contact you for more information.
If you register, you have a record of your report and we can keep you updated on what we've done about it. You only need to register once to have a full history of your reports and enquiries.
