Communities can shape development in their areas through the production of Neighbourhood Development Plans (or more simply Neighbourhood Plans), alternative community planning documents include Neighbourhood Development Orders, Community Right to Build Orders, Parish Plans and Village Design Statements. The information found on the Getting Started and Guidance Page will help our communities decide which is approach the right tool to meet their needs.
