Chilbolton VDS
The Village Design Statement for the Parish of Chilbolton was adopted by the Council as Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) on 9th January 2003, following a recommendation fro the Executive Committee of 4th December 2002.
It describes the distinctive character and history of the village and the surrounding countryside. It explains the landscape setting of the village, the shape of the settlement and the nature of the buildings.
This document forms part of the basis for decisions on land use planning affecting the area.
