Andover BID Ballot 2023
A ballot is to be held on proposals prepared by Andover Town Centre BID Limited for BID arrangements for an enlarged Business Improvement District (BID) for Andover.
There are already BID arrangements in place in Andover which expire on 31 March 2024. If approved, the proposals will apply to the area covered by the existing BID arrangements, together with additional areas adjacent to the existing BID area.
The ballot will be conducted entirely by post. Ballot papers will be sent to businesses eligible to vote on Tuesday 3 October 2023. Close of poll is 5pm on Thursday 2 November 2023.
