Andover Town Council (St Mary's Ward) By-Election 2020

Following the Notice of Vacancy dated 16 December 2019, a Parish by-election for the St Mary's Ward of Andover Town Council has been requested and, if contested, will be held on Thursday 12 March 2020.

In order to vote in these elections, you need to be registered on the Register of Electors and you must be:

  • Resident in the St Mary's Ward of the Andover Town Council on the date of the election;
  • A British, Irish or Commonwealth citizen, or a citizen of a member state of the European Union;
  • 18 years old or over

If you are an eligible elector and you are already on the Register of Electors in the St Mary's Ward of Andover Town Council, you do not need to re-register for this election.

If you are unable to get to your polling station on 12 March 2020, there are difference options available to you in order for you to cast your vote:

  • By post - if you apply to vote by post before the deadline of Wednesday 26 February 2020, your postal vote will be dispatched around Monday 2 March 2020.
