Twice a year, in March and October, the council publishes a newspaper which is sent to all borough residents.
The aim of Test Valley News is to keep the residents of Test Valley up to date with relevant information about the public services and facilities and to provide other important local information. Other relevant material is often also inserted and delivered with Test Valley News.
Audio copies of each edition are provided for local people who have reading difficulties with the help of the Andover Talking Newspaper. Further information is available by emailing the Communications team.
