Productivity Plan
As part of the local government finance settlement published on 5 February 2024, the UK Government indicated its intention to ask local authorities to develop and share productivity plans, setting out how they were driving productivity with regard to organisational and place leadership and the delivery of services. Other key documents that should be considered alongside this plan include the council’s Corporate Plan, Medium Term Financial Strategy and Annual Governance Statement.
