How to pay

From 13 March 2025, the option to pay Council Tax or Housing Benefit overpayments using an AllPay payment card will no longer be available. This change is due to our post office and PayPoint services being transferred to a new provider. If you continue to use your AllPay card, the Post Office and PayPoint may still accept your payment. However, these payments will not be credited to your account. If you wish to continue making payments at the Post Office or PayPoint, please contact us to request a new payment card.
