Beech Hurst Room Bookings

Beech Hurst is located in Andover and is surrounded by the beautiful Beech Hurst Park. There are 4 different rooms available for hire at Beech Hurst; ranging from Conference Suite 1 with a maximum capacity of 60 to a small interview room accommodating just 4. Whatever the purpose of your booking, you're sure to find the facilities suitable for your requirements. Car parking can be arranged on request.

 

Which room is right for you?

Conference Room 1

Conference Room 1 is the Councils largest suite with a capacity of 60 people in a theatre style layout, 48 people in a café style layout and 30 in a board room style. Other layouts are available upon request.

The suite is fully air conditioned and features a balcony with a view of Beech Hurst Park, electric curtains, deaf loop and microphone system including Lapel Mic's. The room also has a water cooler.

Conference Rooms 1 & 2 are separated by a partition wall and both can be booked to create one very large room accommodating up to 60 people in a theatre style layout.

Conference Room 2

Conference Room 2 is a comfortable sized room adjacent to Conference Suite 1. It is a popular room for small to medium sized meetings or training sessions. The room can accommodate up to 18 people in a board room style layout.

Conference Rooms 1 & 2 are separated by a partition wall and both can be booked to create one very large room accommodating up to 60 people in a theatre style layout.

Conference Room 5

Conference Room 5 is a room adjacent to Conference Suite 1. This room can accommodate 12 people in a board room layout.

The Interview Room

The interview Room is the council’s smallest room available to hire. The room is suitable for small meetings as the capacity is 4 people.
