The new neighbourhood at East Anton is divided into three parts, Augusta Park, The Chariots and Saxon Heights and will consist of 2,850 homes with associated facilities and infrastructure.
The site has been under construction since late 2008. 40% of the houses will be affordable units to be delivered by various Registered Housing Providers and approximately 70 units have been occupied by Ministry of Defence personnel.

A total of 1875 homes were occupied by September 2019
