Landlords Forum 2024
We hosted a Landlord Forum on 10th June 2024 and invited landlords and letting agents to come along to receive updates on legislation, and to network with other landlords and lettings agents in the area. A number of external stakeholders also attended as exhibitors, providing information to landlords on matters that may affect their properties and their tenants. Attendees also joined in with workshops on the topics of:-
- Housing Standards – updates and legislation
- Test Valley Lettings – help us improve our service
- Housing Options – myth busting
- ASB and nuisance – how to reduce complaints
The event generated some interesting discussions, and attendees were able to ask questions and share their experiences and knowledge.
