Let’s shape Andover together!
Residents are being encouraged to share their views on the emerging redevelopment proposals for Andover town centre through an online survey.
HemingwayDesign and NEW masterplanning are working with Test Valley Borough Council to prepare a masterplan for Andover town centre and their proposed plans are now available to view and comment on at www.thinkandovertowncentre.co.uk.
The online consultation follows a key stakeholder event which took place earlier this month and saw more than 90 people attend to view the proposals. A drop-in shop, at 4 Bridge Street, also exhibited the plans across a five-day period and welcomed over 600 visitors keen to view the developing ideas.
Leader of Test Valley Borough Council, Phil North said “It has been fantastic to see so many people actively engaged in shaping the future of the town centre. By sharing the plans online, we hope to be able to reach people who may not have been able to attend the drop-in shop and offer them the chance to see the exciting new proposals and contribute their thoughts.”
The online survey will close on January 10.
