Business sought for picturesque riverside park

Test Valley Borough Council is looking for a new tenant for unit 20B in Bridge Street – and they’d love to hear from businesses skilled in the art of making delicious artisan coffees or serving up the tastiest ice cream!

Nestled beside the picturesque River Anton in the bustling new Town Mills riverside park, lies the former Just Kutz unit, which provides the perfect location for a high quality takeaway café.

The council is inviting expressions of interest from new or existing businesses until 5pm on Friday 24 September. Those wanting to find out more can visit

Leader of Test Valley Borough Council, councillor Phil North, said: “When we opened the new riverside park earlier this year, it struck me that this unit would be a fantastic location for a premium coffee or ice cream shop – or a combination of the two! It’s been great to see so many people spending time in the park, particularly when the weather has been good, grabbing a bite to eat, reading a book or feeding the ducks. And so with ready-made footfall we think it would be a great spot for a new or existing business wishing to expand – or to set up shop."
