Chapter 4: Visions & Objectives
Having a complete evidence base, that is informed by community engagement, will help guide the preparation of the next Local Plan.The new vision should build upon community partnership and needs to balance our aspirations with preserving the assets that make Test Valley the place it is. The objectives which help establish policy also require review. Questions sought to get input on what is good about Test Valley, what could be improved, and what our aspirations should be.
