The evidence base includes a number of studies, reports, papers and assessments some of which are required to be prepared in line with Government guidance or legislation. Some of the evidence is grouped by topic, such as the economy or the environment, with other documents having separate pages, including:
Brownfield Register – provides information on brownfield land that is suitable for housing.
SHELAA – a technical document that provides information on sites promoted for development, it does not allocate sites.
