Andover and Romsey On Street Residents' Permits Scheme
From 1st April 2020 onwards, Test Valley Borough Council (TVBC) no longer administrates on-street Resident Permit schemes in the Borough, neither do we enforce on-street parking restrictions. These functions have reverted back to Hampshire County Council from 1st April 2020.
The County Council are now responsible for all aspects of on-street parking from 1 April 2020 including the operation, management and enforcement of residential parking schemes, and including the issue of On-Street permits.
