We have a great reputation and regularly receive compliments for every aspect of our service. Our recycling rate is 37.6% and less than 4% of the borough has an unacceptable level of litter. We have a zero tolerance approach to littering and fly tipping and since 2018 we have taken over 94 cases to court.
In addition, Test Valley Borough Council was a finalist in The MJ Achievement Awards 2017 - Local Authority of the Year. The Council was also a winner in the Test Valley Business Awards 2017 - Andover College Apprentice Employer of the Year.
