Cabinet Work Programme
The Council is required, to give publicity with regard to Cabinet key decisions as required by Regulation 9 of the Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012.
The Work Programme contains matters which the Cabinet has reason to believe will be the subject of a key decision during the Plan period. It also contains items which will result in making proposals to Council for the adoption of any plan, strategy or budget that forms part of the budget and policy framework.
The Work Programme includes the following information:
(a) that a key decision is to be made on behalf of the relevant local authority;
(b) the matter in respect of which the decision is to be made;
(c) where the decision maker is an individual, that individual's name, and title if any and, where the decision maker is a decision-making body, its name and a list of its members;
(d) the date on which, or the period within which, the decision is to be made;
(e) a list of the documents submitted to the decision make for consideration in relation to the matter in respect of which the key decision is to be made;
(f) the address from which, subject to any prohibition or restriction on their disclosure, copies of, or extracts from, any document listed is available;
(g) that other documents relevant to those matters may be submitted to the decision maker;
and
(h) the procedure for requesting details of those documents (if any) as they become available
