Jobcentre Plus Services for Employers
Employers can use Jobcentre Plus services free of charge to help with recruitment. They will give you a named Employer Adviser who will work with you to fill your vacancies using the most suitable recruitment solution, including:
• giving advice to help you write job descriptions
• helping you speed up your recruitment process
• promoting your vacancies in local Jobcentres
• helping you select and interview priority candidates
• allowing you to use Jobcentre Plus offices to carry out interviews (where available)
• inviting you to local recruitment events to promote your vacancies
• helping you connect with other businesses in your area
• working with you to plan your future recruitment campaigns.
They can also advise on areas including work trials, work experience and apprenticeships, and employing someone with a disability or health condition.

Andover Jobcentre Plus is located at Beech Hurst, Council Offices, Weyhill Rd, Andover SP10 3AJ. Eastleigh Jobcentre Plus, which covers the Romsey area, is located at Capital House, 100 Southampton Rd, Eastleigh SO50 5PB. Both are open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm except for Wednesdays when they open at 10am.
