Anti-social behaviour

Report ASB

It is important for the community to report anti-social behaviour to the council. Reports help us to inform us of issues, identify hotspots and build the evidence required to effectively deal with the concerns raised.

We would recommend giving your name and contact details when making a report of anti-social behaviour, as it will allow us to contact you for more information. If you do not feel comfortable giving your name, you can still make a report anonymously through our online form. Test Valley Borough Council will never share your details with the perpetrator of anti-social behaviour, however we may need to share details of your report with partners such as the police.

In your report, please include all the following information:

  • Date of the incident
  • Time of the incident
  • Location of the incident
  • The name(s) of the people involved (if known)
  • A description of the people involved
  • A detailed account of the incident, including everything you could see and hear
  • How it made you feel
  • The names and details of any other witnesses (if they have given you permission to share this information)
