Energise Me

Energise Me are the county’s Active Partnership, they are a charitable incorporated organisation who exist to beat inactivity in Hampshire. Evidence shows that even a small amount of regular physical activity or sport can make a significant difference to wellbeing, their key objective is to help people get up and get moving.

Energise Me also support clubs and organisation to provide activity outlets by promoting and providing education, training and coaching courses which promote physical health and fitness.

They also work closely with Sport England and other parties to collect data and provide insight into activity levels across Hampshire, allowing organisations to access key demographic information which could help support funding bids for new facilities or projects, as well as shape thinking around targeted programmes in communities.

Energise Me have been working tirelessly to create a platform which keeps activity providers up to date with the latest information from Government and promote other sources of funding. They have also created a platform for Hampshire residents to access information on staying active at home, supporting Sport England’s recent campaign Stay in Work out.
