Hampshire Home Choice is a way of looking for social housing available for rent across the Hampshire Home Choice sub-region and aims to give applicants a choice in deciding where they wish to live. Click here to see properties advertised for rented tenure.
Affordable home ownership schemes is a government website providing a range of options designed to make it more affordable for you to buy a home. Click here to see if you may be able to get financial help from the government to buy a home.
First Homes is a new affordable housing tenure which enables qualifying buyers to purchase a property with a discount of 30% from the open market value, and these homes will be sold by developers as part of the affordable housing mix on developments in Test Valley.
