What we can do to help you
Our priority is to prevent someone from losing their home and becoming homeless whenever possible. This could be in the form of providing support and assistance to remain in your current home, help you to secure a new home to enable a 'planned move' and also provide advice, support and emergency accommodation for people who are suffering from domestic abuse.
Housing options can include:
- Joining Hampshire Home Choice
- Securing accommodation in the private rented sector
- Affordable home ownership schemes - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
- Supported housing
- Staying with friends or family
- Negotiations with landlords, family and friends
- Lodgings
- Rent Deposit Loan Scheme
- Disrepair
- Extra Care
- Mortgage Advice
- Debt Advice
