Andover Town Access Plan SPD

The Andover Town Access Plan Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) was adopted by the Council on 20^th February 2015, following a recommendation by the Council’s Cabinet on 11^th February 2015.

The Andover Town Access Plan Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) sets out a shared vision for how access to facilities and services within the town will be improved. It acts as a mechanism for allocating and directing funding towards these improvements.

The Andover Town Access Plan was reviewed following public consultation between October and December 2014. The previous review took place in 2012.

The SPD forms part of the Local Development Framework (LDF) for the area and forms part of the basis for decisions on land use planning.
