Our instalments policy sets out the period in which you will need to pay the CIL charge. Amounts under £5,000 will need to be paid within 60 days from commencement of the development.
If it has been agreed that you will pay your CIL liability by instalments and you miss a payment, the remainder of your CIL liability will become payable immediately.
