Housing Land Supply
We have prepared a Housing Implementation Strategy, which incorporates the five year housing land supply position as at 1 April 2025. The Strategy sets out the housing land supply figures for Test Valley and the methodology for how this has been calculated. The calculations has been informed by the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) (December 2024) and the revised standard method of local housing need (December 2025).
As at 1 April 2024, the Housing Land Supply position for Test Valley was 2.54 years.
