Authority Monitoring Report (AMR)

Authority Monitoring Reports (AMRs) review the performance of planning policies on the area in which they apply. They also include an update on the milestones set out in the Council’s Local Development Scheme (LDS).

The AMR is usually published in December each year and reports the position of the previous financial year.  The council has published its twentieth monitoring report, covering the period 1 April  2023 to 31 March 2024.

At the time of writing, there are gaps in certain sections on Housing Land Supply within the document that will be included in an updated published version of the AMR in the new year.
