Authority Monitoring Report (AMR)
Authority Monitoring Reports (AMRs) review the performance of planning policies on the area in which they apply. They also include an update on the milestones set out in the Council’s Local Development Scheme (LDS).
The AMR is usually published in December each year and reports the position of the previous financial year. The council has published its nineteenth monitoring report, covering the period 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023.
The latest monitoring report was endorsed by our Overview and Scrutiny Committee at its meeting on 3 January 2024. The minutes for this are available here;
