Wellow Neighbourhood Development Plan

Regulation 16 Consultation

Wellow Parish Council have formally submitted their draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to the New Forest National Park Authority and to Test Valley Borough Council (as the parish includes land within both areas for planning purposes).  Test Valley Borough Council is the lead authority for the consultation on the draft Neighbourhood Development Plan.

The consultation starts on Friday 10 November and responses must be received no later than Noon on Monday 18 December 2023.  The documents are available under the documents tab.

Where possible, please provide any comments using the Consultation Form. Completed forms can either be emailed to neighbourhoodplanning@testvalley.gov.uk or sent by post to:

A reference copy of the draft Wellow Neighbourhood Development Plan and supporting documents, along with paper copies of the representation form are also available at the following locations during their normal opening hours:

Following this consultation, the representations received will be passed to an independent examiner - to be appointed by the Borough Council, National Park Authority and Parish Council - who will consider the representations and recommend whether the Neighbourhood Development Plan should be put to a community referendum.
