Ash dieback
Tree works to tackle Ash dieback
We are undertaking essential work to manage ash dieback within Test Valley. We will update the section below with details of the areas where we are removing trees as the programme progresses.
We will replace the trees we take out with young trees known as whips. This is in addition to the ongoing work to plant tens of thousands of trees across the borough. More information about our tree planting work can be found here: Tree Planting in Test Valley | Test Valley Borough Council
The maps below will show the areas we are carrying out the tree removal, but won't show the specific trees being removed. We will only remove trees that are affected by ash dieback, and any trees not affected will remain.
