If you are unable to complete your application online, or would prefer to complete a hard copy application form, please find all types of applications with the appropriate application form and guidance, in the list below. All completed forms should be returned to planning@testvalley.gov.uk or via post to Planning and Building Service, Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover, Hampshire, SP10 3AJ
