How to pay:

Debit or Credit Card - All Pay and Display car park machines accept debit or credit card and contactless Payments, including Apple Pay and Android Pay.

Cash – All pay and display car park machines accept 5p, 10p, 20p, 50p, £1 and £2 coins. No change is given. All ticket machines are checked at the beginning of the day to ensure that they are working properly. Whenever money is inserted into a machine, the amount is registered in the display window and the coin/s should be inserted slowly so that sufficient time is allowed for the machine to calculate the amount paid and to release the ticket. The onus is on the customer to check the display before pressing the button for the release of a ticket. If the correct amount does not show in the display, the reject button should be pressed for the release of the coin/s and the process redone. Our ticket machines are fitted with coin validators and will reject any coins of imperfect weight, shape or size.

‘RingGo’ is a quick, easy to use mobile phone service, which lets you pay for your parking with a credit or debit card, rather than using cash at a machine. Details of the RingGo service can be found on notices in each car park, or by visiting www.ringgo.co.uk  There is a small convenience fee for using this service.

There is a telephone number on all tariff boards adjacent to the ticket machine that you can call for advice if you are experiencing any problems paying.
