Subscribe to the Garden Waste Collection Service
To subscribe online, you will need to sign in to your My Test Valley account. If you don't already have an account, you will need to sign up in order to manage your garden waste subscription.
Please note: if you already have a subscription there is no need to sign up again. When your subscription is due for renewal, we will send you a notification with instructions of how to pay, depending on your chosen pay method and contact preferences.
You have two payment options when subscribing:

Please note: We are not able to accept credit cards for payment.
Join and Pay via an Annual Direct Debit
Purchasing a garden waste wheeled bin
New subscribers can purchase their garden waste wheeled bin or sack as part of the subscription process. If you are already subscribed, you can purchase any additional bins or sacks separately - a garden waste wheeled bin is £29.50 and a reusable sack is £2.10 - Order here
If you have a spare wheeled bin at home, you can reuse it - it doesn't matter what colour it is. Please order a free garden waste label for it - Order here
Renewing your subscription
When your subscription is due for renewal, we will send you a notification with instructions of how to pay, depending on your chosen pay method and contact preferences. The renewal notification will be sent with plenty of time, please be aware that if you leave your renewal too late, you risk missing a collection.

Updates and changes to your subscription

This service is non-refundable, but if you wish to cancel your subscription, please click here
Please note: If you have chosen to update or change your subscription, please allow five working days for the changes to take effect in your garden waste account. In the meantime, we will only collect the original number of subscriptions.
