The Council owns and manages a number of buildings in Andover and Romsey with meeting and function rooms available for hire to members of the public, private companies and various organisations. For more information on a specific location please click on the headings below or select the appropriate page from the menu above.
Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover
Three different sized conference rooms available, plus a small interview room available for hire.
Equipment for the hard of hearing:
- hearing loop system in Conference Rooms 1 and 2 to be used in conjunction with microphones.
- mobile hearing loop system available for meetings in village halls etc.
- one to one loops available for use in office meetings.
- loops for the public on Main Receptions and in the Customer Services Unit.
Crosfield Hall, Broadwater Road, Romsey
One large main Hall, a medium sized annex room, and a small meeting room available for hire.
Equipment for the hard of hearing:
- hearing loop system covering the main hall to be used in conjunction with lapel microphones and hand-held microphones for the system.
Andover Guildhall, High Street, Andover
The Upper Hall at The Guildhall is available to hire for conference meetings & weddings.

The Lights, West Street, Andover
In addition, The Lights is a professional arts and entertainment venue which is available for private hire. A variety of areas/spaces can be hired.
