The Council has adopted a Code of Conduct for councillors. If you wish to make a complaint about a councillor’s conduct, you can contact the Council’s Monitoring Officer, by calling 01264 368000. You can also request the relevant form by emailing legal@testvalley.gov.uk or visit the Council offices.
