The new neighbourhood at Picket Twenty will consist of 1,200 homes with associated facilities and infrastructure.
The site has been under construction since late 2010. At least 40% of the houses will be affordable units to be delivered by various Registered Housing Providers and approximately 100 units have been occupied by Ministry of Defence personnel.
Outline Planning Permission was granted in December 2006. Planning applications related to this development can be viewed using the Council's online application search using application reference number TVN.09275.
A total of 1158 homes were occupied by the end of September 2019.
